Weihong Li and Yuanjun Liu will represent China in the Betway World Cup of Darts next month.

The duo won through a recent qualifying event held in Zhongshan, which saw the two places for the Chinese team up for grabs.

Li defeated one of last year’s World Cup representatives, Wenge Xie, in the last 16, before seeing off the challenges of Zhiyoung Wu, Lihao Wen and Wenqing Liu to qualify.

While Yuanjun Liu booked his place in the World Cup for a second consecutive year, after beating Ende Zhu, Qiugang Su, Qiang Sun and Ziaochen Zong.
