Raymond van Barneveld fired in a deciding leg 140 checkout to earn a 6-6 draw in the Betway Premier League with Peter Wright in Brighton tonight.
The two played out the fourth draw of the night at the Brighton Centre, which leaves Wright in fourth and van Barneveld in sixth in the Premier League table.
After the opening two legs were shared, Wright missed three darts at double 18 for an early break, and van Barneveld returned to hit the same target for a 2-1 lead.
The first break of the match did not come until the ninth leg, with Snakebite landing double five to break to go 5-4 up.
Wright then secured himself at least a point by hitting double 18 in the next leg, before van Barneveld forced a decider after holding throw in the 11th leg.
Barney made the most of a sluggish deciding leg from Wright and checked out a superb 140 on double 10 to earn a point.
The bespectacled Dutchman hit two treble 20s and double 10 to claim back-to-back legs and ensure the match finished all square at 6-6.
